Driving IBM employees to enroll in Wellness for Life, an innovative health and wellness reward program, required a new engaging and dynamic Website. IBM also needed a highly interactive and easy-to-use experience to encourage long-term participation for employees to achieve their personal wellness goals.
Marker Seven redesigned an IBM branded site that greatly improves the visual design and user experience. The site also meets IBM’s overall need to elevate the issue of health and wellness among employees. The use of big visuals, upbeat color palette, readable typography, engaging people photos, bold headlines/subheads and uncluttered click spots inspire employee program buy in and commitment.
