Consultation
To determine your project's scope and features, we identify your marketing, sales, support and other business objectives. We evaluate technical requirements, discuss ways to meet your needs within your budget, and reveal and resolve any unexpected challenges.

Creative Brief
We produce a creative brief summarizing design considerations such as creative vision, colors, fonts, and the tone of the final project.

Design / Information Architecture
Our design team combines creative expertise with your ideas and business objectives to create visual approaches. Using your input, we progressively hone our work until we provide you with a user-centric design that meets your business objectives and the needs of your users.

Production
Our production team works on page creation, programming, graphics production and integration of third-party elements. You can view the work in progress via our secure extranet. During the Review and Revision period, you can request modifications to the site's content.

Testing
A formal testing phase includes the scrutiny of interactive elements, the appearance of pages on target browsers and platforms, database integration, custom code and stress testing.
